If you’re looking for a challenge, while having a great time in the winter sun – why not the Barbados marathon?
In December the island is full of runners young and old – visitors and locals alike for a series of runs around the most picturesque parts.
There are several different runs you can take part in, ending with the marathon.
Mark Butcher spoke to Kamal Springer, manager for sports tourism for the Barbados Tourist Office – and started by asking that there’s more going on than just the marathon…
