Mark Hatherell is the new High School Principal at Collège du Léman. After working in education across the UK, Asia, and Europe - most recently at CDL’s sister school in Bratislava - Mark shares what drew him to Geneva and to one of Switzerland’s leading international schools. He explains CDL’s culture of encouragement, where teachers know their students, confidence is built through trust and opportunity.
On this note, Mark also talks about CDL Talks, the school’s TED-style event giving students a platform to share ideas. This year’s theme is “The Future We Share.” It takes place Thursday 27 November, 6-8 p.m., Eiger Auditorium, and is open to all.
