What's on at the UN? Cyprus talks come to a close + UNESCO anti-bullying reports

The Committee on the Rights of the Child will meet at the Palais Wilson in Geneva from 16 January to 3 February and UNESCO bullying report will be launched tomorrow - Tuesday 17th January.
