1: SDG exhibition #YouNeedToKnow at the Place des Nations.
This one-week only exhibition on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will take place in Geneva. Ivan Pictet's opening comments, on behalf of the Fondation Pour Genève, included some concern over COVID putting a brake on SDG action but a positive message and appeal for more public-private partnerships, guided by a multinational, multilateral organization – the UN.
He said - "It’s a question of life or death.”

2: UN agency for Palestinian refugees launches $95 million appeal to keep COVID at bay. UNWRA has warned that cases of coronavirus infection have jumped in recent weeks.
