Male middle-aged loneliness - especially for expats
There’s a growing problem of lonely middle-aged men.
Surveys show many men feel they don’t have enough good ‘mates’ they can relax with – and it’s hard to find those connections.
The problem can be especially acute for expats who may have to rebuild a social circuit after a move. It does seem to be easier for women to find female friends.
