Local musician raises money for breast cancer
Local Musician supports Breast Cancer Awareness
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and WRS is getting behind well known local musician, John Aram, who's donating all of the proceeds from his song 'In the air' to the Swiss Cancer League.
John is the head of music at La Châtaigneraie international school. After his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, John wrote the song 'In the air' and dedicated it to her recovery. John wanted to share his family's experience with cancer, by way of supporting other's who might one day find themselves in a similar situation.
'In the air' features the wonderful Amy Keys who was worked with Phil Collins and talented Swiss-based American rapper, Rootwords. The song is a powerful tune, with a contemporary sound and through your support during October, it also has the potential to help people with breast cancer.
All proceeds from the sales of 'In the air' from iTunes during October will go to the Swiss Cancer League. We're going to feature the song on World Radio Switzerland and we encourage you to help make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer, by downloading 'In the air' by John Aram from iTunes.
