Dig It! Pep up pots and containers (26 September 2016)
Autumn is bowling along apace, with warm days and buzzing bees and lots of colour in the parks and gardens. If your pots and containers are looking a bit tired, you can pep them up a bit with some autumn colour. Sedums and grasses are both low-maintenance and provide months of interest. If you would like something out of the usual gold and red tones of the autumn, then perhaps a Perovskia, or Russian Sage, might do the trick. The new Perovskia on the block is super-compact but packed with flowers, and it's called "Denim and Lace." Gray Gruber, of Cultivaris, the plant development company, tells us more.
