This week is a big week in the calendar of the Swiss botanical gardens, it's Botanica week, where the botanical gardens all over Switzerland put on lots of interesting events as well as their usual workshops and visits. Peter Enz, the curator of the Zurich University Botanical garden tells us about the Rosa gallica rose that Zurich have been helping to save in the canton of Zurich. Find out more on about events all over the country at www.botanica-suisse.org The Rietberg Museum, usually an art museum specialising in Asian, aFrican and pre-Colombian southa American art, is currently hosting a marvellous exhibition titled "Garten der Welt" and are holding a garden festival on the weekend of the 25-26 June.
