	Reikii training in English "Rei-ki" ("Universal Life Force" in Japanese) is a simple laying of hands, energy healing technique which was re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900's while in a state of meditation. It is a method of natural healing that works holistically by de-bocking the flows of energy within and around the body to allow one to live more fully, clearly and feeling empowered. It can be practiced by anyone who is open to the Universal Life Force energies. Reiki is accepted by ASCA, the Swiss Foundation for alternative and complementary therapies.
