I am writing to help our current nanny Sylvia to find a new family to work for. Sylvia has been with us since my baby girl was 4 months old. She is very responsible, reliable, and loving. Our baby girl is very happy and comfortable with her, which is a great relief for us as both my husband and I work full-time. Sylvia also keeps our place spotless; what's amazing about her is that she voluntarily looks for areas that she could improve, e.g., she cleaned the exterior glass doors one day, and the other day she cleaned a big wine stain in the wall....all by herself without us asking!
