We are a family of four looking for our new home. We just sold our beloved home in Vancouver, Canada and we headed to the Lausanne-Geneva region for at least a year, perhaps even permanently. My husband and I are both fitness professionals, in bio-mechanical Yoga (Power/Flow/Anusara) and Pilates rehabilitation. We have already visited the area a number of times during my husband's Swiss teaching tour. Our daughter is 13 years old and will start grade 7. Our son is 8 years old and will begin grade 3. We are looking for a large spacious house of 100 square meters with at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, and plenty of outdoor living space to take care of plants and trees and can perhaps even grow a small garden. We are health enthusiasts and non-smokers who do not mind a 15-30 minute drive away from Geneva or Lausanne to be close to nature and enjoy a quiet simple life. A view of the mountains and / or the lake would be ideal. We arrive in the region on July 17 and we hope to rent on August 1, August 15 and September 1 at the latest, in order to enroll our children for the school year.
