If someone offers to send more money than your listed price, THIS IS A SCAM.

DO NOT buy mobile phones or rent housing from sellers who claim to be in the UK or US, or who appear to represent a company. THESE ARE ALL SCAMS. If someone is selling multiple cell phones, it is almost certainly a scam.

Beware of RENTAL scams, particularly in Geneva, Vaud and Zurich. Again, never send money in advance. This is NOT common practice in Switzerland.

As a general rule, if you have any suspicions that something MIGHT be a scam, it probably is.

We are doing our best to prevent abuse of the system, however often the people who run these scams are career criminals and devote a great deal of time to cheating the system and signing up with endless accounts.
