iPhone hits Switzerland
The new Apple 3G iPhone has gone on sale for the first time in Switzerland. Hundreds of people queued at midnight outside telecoms operator Swisscom’s store in Zurich’s Füsslistrasse to be the first to get their hands on one. WRS’s Mark Butcher spoke to reporter Tom Armitage who was at the store – and began by asking him whether the phones were selling like hot cakes?
