Swiss ice climber finishes 4th at World Cup
Ice climbing is often thought of as a niche sport, but the International Mountaineering and Climbing Federation (UIAA) says it’s gaining momentum, especially with young adrenaline seekers. This weekend the Ice Climbing World Cup was held at Saas Fee in canton Valais. WRS video journalist Amy Wong followed Switzerland’s top climber, Patrik Aufdenblatten, through the competition:
