Swiss Tourism is launching a bold new campaign to promote the country's most "beautiful sites".
Not only will it highlight beautiful landscapes and historic buildings, but also modern architectural structures such as the Lignon apartment block.
With its elegant zigzag construction, the award-winning Lignon site was praised by Swiss Tourism, which also highlighted its integration into its environment, on the banks of the river Rhône.
According to the organization, these characteristics make it a tourist destination.
